Can you cook a pizza on a Charcoal Grill. Why yes you can! this was my first try at it and it turned out pretty good. I think a few more coals directly underneath the pizza stone would be better. I had 5 or 6 with the remaining coals along the perimeter of the grill. I did put some up top to try and bring up the temp on the cheese and toppings. It was in the high 30s outside when I did this so that was a factor.
I rotated the pizza once but should have done that maybe 4 times 1/4 turn each time. Overall cook time was 30 minutes with my grill only registering 250 degrees but the pizza stone gets about 100 degrees hotter…
