here is a video of my smoker,it is an old water holding tank with a barbacue side burner in the bottom, my racks are made of thin tubing that i rounded and covered with chicken wire. here i am smoking some pike and trout, i am using apple wood to smoke the fish,they sure taste good but not as good as marijuana ha ha just a little joke
