Check out my video where I make a flank steak with Rockwood Charcoal. I also have the Figtree-Chef 3 Piece BBQ Set. The flank steak is cooked medium-rare and when you take it off the grill, you let it rest for 5 minutes. After that time, you cut it across the grain at an angle, in order to get more surface area on each piece of meat.
This is my first time trying out Rockwood Lump Charcoal. My local Green Egg Grill dealer talked about how popular this charcoal is, so I had to give it a try. One day, I’m hoping to get a Green Egg Grill.
