Grilling Sirloin Steaks Over Lump Charcoal

Within this video I’m grilling a couple of six ounce sirloin steaks that I purchased from Kansas City Steak. They taste great and also have zero inedible bites! I grill using lump charcoal because it gives the steaks even more fantastic flavor!
