Grilling Beef Tri-Tip on a Pellet Grill (Rec Tec 680)
This is a video capturing my first attempt at cooking a beef tri-tip on a Rec Tec 680 (pellet grill). This cut of meat comes from the sirloin of the cow and reminds me of the beef tenderloin when finished. We love using our Rec Tec pellet smoker and this is just one more reason why.
