Grill Perfect Steaks on a Rec Tec Wood Pellet Grill

This was my very first attempt at grilling steaks on the Rec Tec 680. We have some family coming into town in a couple of weeks so I wanted to get my steak technique down before they arrived. I’ve grilled steaks on Natural gas, LP, charcoal, and I think grilling them on a pellet smoker is by far the best steak I’ve cooked. This reverse sear method worked perfectly on the Rec Tec 680 and I was very pleased.
