This is another Saturday night steak cook. We picked up some Fillet Mignon for the first time. We reverse seared it on the weber kettle using the slow n sear and spin grate. It was the best steak we had done yet. Of course the cut of meat is what pushed it over the top past the ribeyes and cowboys we have done in the past. So tender and juicy. The reverse sear method is so easy and fast. I recommend it.
