D-Grills Fast Smoked St. Louis Ribs Recipe:

Ingredients:
7 pounds of St. Louis Ribs, 2 slabs that total 7 pounds.
Yellow Mustard
Pork Rub of Choice
Apple Juice

Instructions:
1. Cut the membrane from the back of the ribs. And cut off any excess fat.
2. Coat the ribs lightly with yellow mustard on all sides.
3. Coat as desired with rub of choice.
4. Heat the Pellet Grill/Smoker to 180° F.
5. Place the ribs onto the Pellet Grill/Smoker.
6. Allow to smoke for 2 hours.
7. Spray the ribs well with Apple Juice.
8. Increase the temperature to 325° F.
9. Cook till the meat temperature is 190° F.
10. Enjoy!
