I smoked this duck in my Masterbuilt Bluetooth Electric smoker from the Home Depot and now I want to try smoking everything. Nate wants to try doing a brisket, ribs, and even a ham next! I bet a turkey would be so good if we had more people to share it with. If you think about it, it’s way safer than deep frying a turkey – and way more flavorful if you ask me! Cranberry Compote Recipe:
In a saucepan add
1 cup frozen cherries
1/4 cup frozen cranberries
1/2 cup red wine
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
2 thyme sprigs
simmer 10 minutes
turn heat off
add 1 tbsp butter
remove thyme before serving
