1 pach of onion soup mix
Bbq sauce of choice
Burger seasoning
1 egg
Mix all into a bowl
Roll loosely into balls
Form your perfect party
sprinkle some burger seasoning on patty’s
Smoke 30 min
After 30 min turn heat up to 350
Let cook to desired temperature
165°f internal temp is a well done burger
