Have done steak (sirloin/skirt/flank) now trying something new, love experimenting caveman-style. This is boneless/skinless chicken breasts covered in mustard and season salt. Turned out great. Did 2:00-2:30min per side putting some charcoal on top then about 20min indirect at 400-420 degrees followed by an 8min or so rest under foil. Nice char mixed with juicy and delicious inside, hard to go back to conventional grilling now.
