My family absolutely loves our Rec Tec pellet grill, so we figured what better way to spend a Sunday than with reverse searing a few filet mignons!
This is the second steak video we’ve included on our channel and we hope that you enjoy the video and take something away from it. We love making the video and had a great time using the Rec Tec 680 to Reverse Sear these steaks.
