These are the first chicken wings I’ve grilled on my Weber Jumbo Joe charcoal grill. Barbecued chicken wings are one of my favorite things. I brined these first and then put a couple of my favorite barbecue sauces on them. I think this is a pretty good chicken wing recipe. Brining chicken makes it juicier and gives it more flavor. My Weber Jumbo Joe is probably one of the best charcoal grills I’ve ever had. I like it more every time I use it.
