Chicken & Seasoning Ingredients
* 1 chicken
* 1.5 tsp cumin
* 1/2 tsp coriander
* 1 tsp oregano
* 1 tsp hot pepper flakes
* 1/2 tsp fennel salt
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp pepper
* 2 packets Sazon Tropical seasoning
* 1 tbsp Badia Adobo seasoning
* 2 tbsp olive oil
Tequila Lime Sauce Ingredients
* 2 tbsp minced garlic

* 1/2 cup tequila
* 1.5 limes juiced
* 3 green onions diced
* 1/2 red bell pepper chopped
* 1 Cubanelle pepper chopped
* 1/2 green bell bepper chopped
* 1/2 red onion diced
