Charcoal Grilling with FiAir: Weber Chimney Starter – ready to cook in under 10 minutes

This test proves again how fast FiAir can get you up to cooking temperature with charcoal. I’d heard good things about the Weber Chimney Starter, so I bought one along with the Weber Starter Cubes. It was time now to test FiAir with the Chimney!
During all of these tests I was just learning how well FiAir would work. I know what I imagined, but nothing was certain. This Chimney test was another pleasant surprise.
If you’re willing to watch the whole thing, you’ll see that while I called Cooking Temperature at 9:22 from First Light, the fire looked ready as soon as I dumped the coals from the Chimney at 7:30. (I just had to play with FiAir a little longer.) But you can decide that for yourself.
