Smoked Brisket on a Cabela’s Pellet Grill
Here we are going to show you how we cook/smoke a brisket using our Cabela’s Magnum Pellet Grill. We are not pros and are still learning, but I think this turned out great. We used Hickory pellets and total cook time was about 12 hrs. As you can see it is not dry at all and it tasted great. Thanks for watching and be sure to check out our other videos.
