Too much time on my hands right now, so decided to see what, if any, difference in baking bread in the Weber kettle charcoal grill vs. Camp Chef Smoke Pro pellet smoker.

But if you want it, here’s my version:
No kneed turbo bread
13 oz warm water
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/4 tsp instant yeast
3/1/2 c bread flour
Heat water in microwave safe bowl in microwave for about 30 seconds
Add salt to the water and stir
Add yeast to the water mixture and stir
Add bread flour to the liquid and stir with a spoon, scrape the sides of the bowl to get all the flour in the dough.
Cover the dough with saran wrap and place in the oven with the light on for 1-1/2 hour till the dough doubles in size.
De-gas the dough and light sprinkle with flour to handle easier.
Spray a bread pan with cooking oil and roll out the dough into the pan.
Cover with lint free towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 400°F
Place the bread in the oven middle rack and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove let cool just a little, cut open, slather with butter and eat it all….
