I’m often asked about the Blaze Kamado because I love kamado cooking (I’ve got several ceramic cookers including Big Green Egg, Primo, Kamado Joe Big Joe, Akorn, and Weber Summit Charcoal grill), but the truth is I’ve never even seen the Blaze kamado in person until the HPBExpo.
In this video I sit down with (or more accurately “stand near”) Nick Aucoin, the Director of Product Development and Training for Blaze Outdoor Products. We discuss what makes the Blaze different from other kamados on the market.
