This was my first attempt at cooking a beef prime rib roast on my Weber Jumbo Joe charcoal grill. It turned out pretty good, although I could’ve taken it off just a little bit sooner. I like it a little bit rarer than it was, but it had a nice smoky flavor. I really don’t have much experience with cooking standing rib roasts. Grilling a roast really isn’t that hard.
