3 lb Ground Beef 80/20
¼ cup Bacon Ketchup (or regular)
¼-½ cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg Lightly Beaten
½ cup BBQ Sauce
3 oz Prosciutto
Onion/Mushroom Mixture (see below)

1 Portobello Mushroom Chopped
1 ½ cups Shiitake Mushrooms Chopped
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
