I made these BBQ Pork Ribs on my Camp Chef Woodwind Pellet Smoker. The Theme for my Ribs was apple. I brined the Ribs over night in apple juice, used apple wood pellets to smoke the Ribs, spritzed the Ribs with apple juice, and made an apple glaze BBQ Sauce to finish them off.
Typically I cook my Pork Ribs around 275 degrees, but I ended up cooking these Ribs at 300 degrees because I got them on the smoker about an hour after I wanted to. I ended up having to serve the Ribs the next day due to a huge hail storm, but they seemed like they were a hit.
